Build a content production system with Claude Projects
Job to be done — Produce consistent, on-brand content faster by systematizing it with AI
What you’ll get
Instead of one-off prompting, you build five reusable Claude Projects that act as a content assembly line: titles, hooks, outlines, critique, and repurposing. Each project is loaded with examples of your best work (few-shot learning), so every output already sounds like you.
Tools you need
- Claude — Projects let you save instructions plus example files. Free tier works; Pro gives more usage.
- Notion (optional) — the source workflow uses it to track content through each stage.
Steps
-
Collect 3 to 5 examples of your best-performing content (scripts, posts, or transcripts). These become the few-shot examples you upload to every project.
-
Create Project 1 — Title and Thumbnail Generator. Upload your examples, then set project instructions like:
You generate video title and thumbnail concepts. Study the attached examples of my
best-performing titles. When I give you a rough topic, produce 10 title options and
a matching thumbnail concept for each, in my established style. Favor curiosity and
specificity over hype.
- Create Project 2 — Hook Creator. Its job: turn a chosen title into a 30–60 second opening script:
You write opening hooks for my videos. Match the voice and pacing of the attached
example scripts. When I give you a title, write 3 hook options of 30-60 seconds,
each opening with a concrete problem or surprising claim.
- Create Project 3 — Outline Generator. Feed it the winning hook and ask for the full structure:
Turn this hook into a complete content outline: main points, supporting evidence or
examples for each, and a closing call to action. Keep the structure of the attached
examples.
- Create Project 4 — Critique Bot, your virtual editor. After recording or drafting, paste the transcript:
Compare this draft against the attached examples of my best work. Score it on hook
strength, structure, clarity, and call to action. List specific weaknesses and
suggest concrete fixes. Be blunt.
- Create Project 5 — Repurposing Tool. Turn finished transcripts into new formats:
Repurpose this transcript into: an eBook chapter, a lead magnet outline, and 5 short
social posts. Keep my voice from the attached examples. Flag anything that needs a
visual.
- Track each piece of content through the five stages on a simple Notion board (Idea → Titled → Hooked → Outlined → Published → Repurposed).

Notes & variations
- The few-shot examples matter more than the instructions — refresh them as your best work improves.
- Free-tier variation: the same five-system setup works in Google AI Studio (free) using saved system prompts, though without persistent file uploads.
- Start with just the Title Generator and Critique Bot if five projects feels heavy — they deliver the most immediate lift.
