Steps

1. Open your AI Chatbot: Go to https://chatgpt.com (or your preferred AI chatbot). You should see the chat interface ready for your input.

2. Use the Bottleneck Finder prompt: Copy the “Bottleneck Finder” prompt below. Paste it into the chat window. Replace [describe leads to sales to delivery to revenue cycle] with a clear, concise description of your business’s flow. Replace [paste what you know] with any conversion rates or points where customers drop off. Send the message.

   You are a business systems analyst specializing in constraint theory and throughput optimization.
